Fees Authorisation, Cancellation, Refund and Re-Scheduling Policy

  1. Cancellation of attendance to a Course must be confirmed in writing 48 hours prior to the commencement of the course to avoid a cancellation fee.
  2. A cancellation fee of 50% of the Course fee will apply for non-attendees or cancellations outside the above notice period.
  3. KALSI reserves the right to cancel or change the Course date/content without liability without notifying the attendee in advance. IN the case of a live Course/Seminar, the attendee may either be rescheduled to another Course date or the Course fee will be refunded in full.
  4. If your product is defective on arrival or incorrectly shipped, please notify KALSI within 14 days of receiving the product. Return the defective or wrongly shipped product to us within 14 days of notification.
  5. You will need to provide the following information, most of which will be on your invoice before we can offer a refund or replacement:
    1. Name and contact details of original purchaser
    2. Invoice number
    3. Product code of product to be returned
    4. Date on invoice
    5. Date of receiving the product
    6. Reason for return
  6. If you return a product because it was defective on arrival but we find that the product is in full working condition or any defects or damage were caused after you took receipt of the product, it will be returned to you. You will be invoiced a processing fee and any freight costs associated with the return. These invoiced amounts will be payable within 14 days of receipt of invoice.
  7. If the product is defective or incorrectly shipped (different to the one you ordered), upon receipt of the returned product, we will offer you to select either a replacement product or a refund by applying a credit against the credit card used for the original purchase issued for the original purchase price of the product and associated freight cost.
  8. A copy of the purchase invoice must be included with the returned product
  9. You are responsible for all costs associated with return of the product to us and we will not pay or reimburse any associated costs. We recommend that products returned by post be sent by registered or certified mail. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit. If a product is not returned to us in the original unopened packaging, it may be returned to you at your cost.
  10. By providing your payment details, you irrevocably authorise and direct KALSI to use those details to deduct all fees payable to KALSI by you under this Agreement, including without limitation Course fees and any cancellation fees.
  11. All fees are exclusive of GST, which will need to be paid in addition.

Confidentiality and Privacy

  1. KALSI recognises every Course attendee's right to privacy and our privacy policies identify the appropriate means for collection, storage and use of private and personal information.
  2. KALSI does not distribute any personal information collected without the written consent of the attendee.

Limitation of Liability

  1. The parties agree that KALSI will under no circumstances be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss (including but not limited to loss of revenue or opportunity, loss of goodwill and lost profits).
  2. Any liability of KALSI shall be excluded or reduced to the extent that the relevant loss or damage was caused or contributed to by the act or omission of or any breach or default by you, your officers, employees, contractors (other than KALSI), attendees or agents.
  3. The laws of the State of Victoria govern this Training Agreement and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

Client Feedback, Complaints and Appeals

  1. KALSI conducts regular reviews of the Courses and feedback is sought from attendees and will be considered at internal reviews.
  2. KALSI has a fair and equitable process for dealing with attendee’s complaints and appeals. All complaints are investigated internally.
  3. All written appeals will be treated in confidence and a decision relayed to the respective attendees as soon as possible.

Intellectual Property

  1. This Agreement does not transfer from KALSI to you any KALSI or third party intellectual property. Some trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Courses may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your purchase of the Course grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any KALSI or third-party trademarks.

Payment and shipping policy

  1. Payment is required before your order can be delivered to you.
  2. KALSI accepts the following credit cards for payment: Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept Diners or AMEX. 
  3. KALSI processes orders directly. The majority of physical goods will be sent via courier or Australia post. Should you require an item urgently please contact us and we will send the item express via Australia Post, UPS, Fedex or Courier. Please note additional charges may apply. We reserve our right to change the shipping carrier.
  4. For Australian orders, delivery usually takes 3-4 business days.
  5. If for any reason we cannot fill in your order, an KALSI representative will advise you within two (2) business days of when your order will be processed and delivered.
  6. All transactions are conducted in Australian Dollars
